Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (32-oz) package frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4-oz) can condensed reduced-fat, reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1 c thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded reduced-fat extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsps stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (16-oz) carton fat-free sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Combine first 7 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; spoon into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350° for 1 hr or until bubbly.
