Citrus Topped Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 6 lemon slices
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1/2 c apple jelly
  • 6 pork loin chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • dash ground ginger
  • 6 orange slices
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
  • Step #2 Brown chops on both sides.
  • Step #3 Spice up with salt, pepper & paprika.
  • Step #4 Combine jelly, juices, mustard & ginger.
  • Step #5 Pour over chops.
  • Step #6 Simmer, covered, for 15 mins.
  • Step #7 Turn chops; cover & let simmer 15 mins.
  • Step #8 Top each chop with an orange & lemon slice.
  • Step #9 Cover & cook 6-8 mins longer or until chops are done.
