Step #1 Stir together eggs & milk in a shallow dish.
Step #2 Dip lb cake slices in egg mixture, evenly coating both sides.
Step #3 Cook lb cake slices, in batches, in a lightly greased large nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame 2 1/2 mins on each side or until golden brown.
Step #4 Serve with Maple-Mint Cream & Raspberry Sauce, if desired.
