Step #1 Trim crusts from bread.
Step #2 Arrange half of the bread in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Step #3 Combine milk, half-and-half, 1 1/2 c egg substitute, & 1/2 c sugar In a large-ish bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Step #4 Pour half of milk mixture over bread in dish.
Step #5 Combine 1/2 c egg substitute, nutmeg, vanilla, 1/2 c sugar, & cheeses in a food processor/blender or mixer; process until smooth.
Step #6 Pour cream cheese mixture over moist bread in dish.
Step #7 Top with remaining bread; pour remaining milk mixture over bread.
Step #8 Cover up & put in the fridge 8 hrs or overnight.
Step #9 Preheat oven to 350°.
Step #10 Uncover & bake this at 350° for 55 mins.
Step #11 Let stand 10 mins before serving.
Step #12 Sprinkle top with cinnamon-sugar, if desired.
