Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°.
Step #2 Separate dough into triangles.
Step #3 Press triangles together to form a single round crust on a 12-inch pizza pan coated with cooking spray.
Step #4 Crimp edges of dough with fingers to form a rim.
Step #5 Cook sausage In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame until browned, stirring to crumble.
Step #6 Drain.
Step #7 Top prepared dough with sausage, potatoes, & cheese.
Step #8 Combine milk, pepper, & egg substitute, salt, stirring with a whisk.
Step #9 Carefully pour milk mixture over sausage mixture.
Step #10 Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
Step #11 Bake at 375° for 25 mins or until crust is browned.
