Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (8-oz) can reduced-fat put in the fridged crescent dinner roll dough
  • 2 tbsps grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz turkey breakfast sausage
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) carton egg substitute
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c fat-free milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Step #2 Separate dough into triangles.
  • Step #3 Press triangles together to form a single round crust on a 12-inch pizza pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Crimp edges of dough with fingers to form a rim.
  • Step #5 Cook sausage In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame until browned, stirring to crumble.
  • Step #6 Drain.
  • Step #7 Top prepared dough with sausage, potatoes, & cheese.
  • Step #8 Combine milk, pepper, & egg substitute, salt, stirring with a whisk.
  • Step #9 Carefully pour milk mixture over sausage mixture.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
  • Step #11 Bake at 375° for 25 mins or until crust is browned.
