Ingredients
1 c all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c plus 2 tbsps honey
3/4 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 c finely sliced pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk
1/4 c plus 2 tbsps butter, softened
Directions
Step #1 Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well, & chill in the fridge.
Step #2 Combine flour & next 3 ingredients; beat with a wire whisk just until smooth.
Step #3 Stir in pecans.
Step #4 Pour batter evenly into six 6-oz greased custard c.
Step #5 Bake at 425° for 30 mins or until golden.
Step #6 Serve as soon as possible with chilled butter mixture.
