Ingredients
  • 1/4 c blueberries
  • 1 c plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 c orange juice
  • 1/2 c sliced banana
  • 2 tbsps packed brown sugar
  • 1 c shredded Red Delicious apple
  • 1 c quick-cooking oats

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine oats, yogurt, orange juice, & brown sugar in a medium bowl.
