Cranberry Walnut Relishi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c coarsely sliced walnuts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 c orange marmalade
  • 3/4 c white sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) package fresh or frozen cranberries

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Place cranberries in a small, shallow baking dish.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with sugar.
  • Step #4 Cover cranberries with aluminum foil.
  • Step #5 Bake in the preheated oven approximately 35 mins.
  • Step #6 Remove from heat, sprinkle with walnuts & recover.
  • Step #7 Continue baking 10 mins.
  • Step #8 Remove from heat.
  • Step #9 Stir marmalade & lemon juice into cranberry mixture.
  • Step #10 Cool to about room temp.
  • Step #11 Transfer to sterile containers, cover & chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hrs before serving.
