Ingredients
1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
2 c all-purpose flour
2 tbsps sugar
2 tsps dried parsley flakes
4 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp instant minced onion
1 large egg
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Step #1 Beat butter & sugar at medium speed with an electric mixter until creamy; add egg, beating just until mixture is mixed.
Step #2 Combine flour, minced onion, oregano & pepper; add to butter mixture alternately with milk, baking powder, salt, parsley, ending with flour mixture.
Step #3 Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
Step #4 Bake at 375º for 25 mins.
Step #5 Remove from pans as soon as possible; cool on wire racks.
