Chocolate-swirl Breakfast Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 c all-purpose baking mix
  •  Coconut-Pecan Topping
  • 2/3 c semisweet chocolate morsels

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first 5 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Pour batter into a lightly greased 9-inch-square pan.
  • Step #3 Microwave morsels & 2 tbsps milk in a 2-c glass measuring c at HIGH 1 1/2 mins or until melted, stirring twice.
  • Step #4 Swirl melted chocolate mixture carefully through batter with a knife.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top Coconut-Pecan Topping on top of batter.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 mins or until golden brown.
