Step #1 Place bacon in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
Step #2 Cover up & chill, if desired.
Step #3 Break eggs over cheese, spacing evenly.
Step #4 Pour whipping cream over eggs, & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Step #5 Bake at 425° for 10 mins.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese & paprika.
Step #7 Bake 8 to 10 more mins or until set.
Step #8 Remove from oven; sprinkle with parsley.
Step #9 Let stand 10 mins before serving.
Step #10 NOTE: Casserole may be divided into 12 portions & served on English muffins.
