Step #2 In a large bowl, nutmeg, nuts, mix flour, allspice, raisins, granulated sugar, salt, cloves, baking soda, brown sugar, cinnamon, & ginger until well mixed.
Step #3 In another bowl, whisk together eggs, Mashed Pumpkin, & oil until well mixed.
Step #4 Add wet ingredients to flour mixture & stir just until well mixed.
Step #5 Pour equally into two oiled 8 1/2- by 4 1/2-inch loaf pans (with 2 2/3-c capacity each).
Step #6 Bake until bread pulls from pan sides & a wooden skewer inserted in center of thickest part comes out clean, 50 to 60 mins.
Step #7 Let bread cool in pans on a rack for about 15 mins.
Step #8 Cut around outside edges of bread & invert onto racks.
Step #9 Cool thoroughly.
