Step #1 Sauté mushrooms & onion in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 8 mins or until onion is tender.
Step #2 Remove from skillet, & place this In a large-ish bowl.
Step #3 Cook sausage in skillet 8 mins or until sausage crumbles & is no longer pink; drain well on paper towels.
Step #4 Stir together sausage, eggs, & next 4 ingredients with mushroom mixture in bowl.
Step #5 Pour mixture into a 10-inch quiche dish or deep-dish pieplate coated with cooking spray.
Step #6 Bake at 350° for 30 mins or until set.
Step #7 Let stand 5 mins before serving.
Step #8 Slice into 8 wedges.
Step #9 * One (1-pt.
Step #10 ) container of egg substitute may be substituted for the 4 whole eggs & 8 egg whites.
