Step #1 Preheat oven to 325°.
Step #2 In a large frying pan over high heat, melt 2 tbsps butter.
Step #3 Add mushrooms & cook, stirring often, until lightly browned, about 5 mins.
Step #4 Butter an 8-inch square baking dish & sprinkle cheese on the bottom.
Step #5 In a small bowl, thyme, mustard, salt, mix cream, & pepper.
Step #6 Pour half the cream mixture over the cheese.
Step #7 Top with mushrooms & eggs.
Step #8 Pour remaining cream mixture over the top.
Step #9 Bake until eggs are set, about 35 mins.
