Step #1 Combine first 4 ingredients; cut in butter with a pastry mixer until crumbly.
Step #2 Add whipping cream, stirring just until moistened.
Step #3 Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 5 or 6 times.
Step #4 Roll to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch round cutter, & place this in lightly greased muffin pans or 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Step #5 Bake at 375° for 15 mins or until golden brown.
