Eggs With Ham, Cheddar, And Chives Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c shredded sharp Cheddar
  • 1 1/2 tbsps unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/4 c sliced cooked ham
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tbsps milk or water
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 c sliced fresh chives

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large nonstick skillet, over med-heat/flame, melt the butter.
  • Step #2 Saute the ham until browned.
  • Step #3 Meanwhile, the milk or water, whisk together the eggs, In a large-ish bowl, the salt, & the pepper.
  • Step #4 Pour the mixture into the pan & cook, to desired doneness, stirring every once in awhile, 4 to 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Just before the eggs are set, stir in the the Cheddar & the chives.
