Cheese-and-egg Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh or frozen chives
  • 1 1/2 c (6 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 15 large eggs
  • 3 c seasoned croutons
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Place croutons in a 13- x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #2 Whisk together eggs & next 5 ingredients; stir in the cheese.
  • Step #3 Pour over croutons.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill 8 hrs, stirring once.
  • Step #5 Uncover casserole, & stir.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350° for 30 mins or until set.
