Brunch Egg Nests Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Pepper, paprika, & parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10-oz) package frozen puff pastry shells, baked
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely sliced
  • 1 (10-oz) container put in the fridged Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/2 c sliced cooked ham

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; add mushrooms & ham, & sauté 7 mins or until tender.
  • Step #2 Reduce heat to low; whisk in Alfredo sauce, & milk, sour cream, stirring until thoroughly heated.
  • Step #3 (Do not boil.
  • Step #4 )Fill each pastry shell with 1/3 c mixture.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top evenly with sliced egg.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with pepper, & parsley, paprika, if desired.
