Cinnamon-raisin Bread Puddings Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c hot water
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16-oz.) loaf of sliced cinnamon-raisin bread
  • 2 tbsps milk or maple syrup
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsps vanilla
  • 1 c powdered sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Tear 1 (16-oz.
  • Step #2 ) loaf of sliced cinnamon-raisin bread into 1-inch pieces; place this In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #3 Whisk together 1 (14-oz.
  • Step #4 ) can sweetened condensed milk, 4 large eggs, 3/4 c hot water, & 2 tsp.
  • Step #5 vanilla; pour over bread pieces, tossing carefully to coat.
  • Step #6 Divide bread mixture evenly between 6 (10-oz.
  • Step #7 ) lightly greased ramekins or custard c.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 mins or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Step #9 Stir together 1 c powdered sugar & 2 Tbsp.
  • Step #10 milk or maple syrup; drizzle evenly over bread puddings.
  • Step #11 Serve warm.
