• 3 c white sugar
• 1 1/2 c evaporated milk
• 1/4 c water

• Step #1 In a saucepan, mix sugar & cocoa.
• Step #2 Stir in water to make a paste.
• Step #3 Add milk & butter.
• Step #4 Cook over med-heat/flame until it comes to a boil.
• Step #5 Continue boiling for 5 mins.
• Step #6 Remove from heat & beat until cool enough to spread on cake.
• Step #7 .
