Breakfast Pizza Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (13.8-oz.) cans put in the fridged pizza crust dough
  • 1/2 c frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c pizza sauce
  • 1 1/4 c egg substitute
  • 1/2 c fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c (2 oz.) shredded 2% reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb lean ground turkey sausage

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook sausage In a large-ish skillet over medium-high heat 10 mins or until sausage crumbles & is no longer pink.
  • Step #2 Drain well on paper towels, & set aside.
  • Step #3 Roll or pat 1 can pizza dough into a 15- x 10-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface; cut into 6 (5-inch) squares.
  • Step #4 Press squares into lightly greased muffin c, skipping every other muffin c.
  • Step #5 Repeat procedure with remaining can of pizza dough.
  • Step #6 Spoon sausage evenly into crusts; sprinkle evenly with hash browns & Cheddar cheese.
  • Step #7 Stir together egg substitute & next 2 ingredients; pour evenly into pizza c, & sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #8 Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 mins or until golden.
  • Step #9 Serve with pizza sauce.
