Cinnamon-raisin Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  •  All-purpose flour
  • 1 c golden raisins
  • 3 tbsps milk
  • 1/4 c butter, softened
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans, toasted
  • 1 (26.4-oz.) package frozen biscuits

Directions
  • Step #1 Arrange frozen biscuits, with sides touching, in 3 rows of 4 biscuits on a lightly floured surface.
  • Step #2 Let stand 30 to 45 mins or until biscuits are thawed but still cool to the touch.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top thawed biscuits lightly with flour.
  • Step #4 Press biscuit edges together, & pat to form a 10- x 12-inch rectangle of dough; spread evenly with softened butter.
  • Step #5 Stir together brown sugar & cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over butter.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top raisins & pecans evenly over brown sugar mixture.
  • Step #7 Roll up, starting at one long end; cut into 12 (about 1-inch-thick) slices.
  • Step #8 Place rolls into a lightly greased 10-inch cast-iron skillet, 10-inch round pan, or 9-inch square pan.
  • Step #9 Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 mins or until center rolls are golden brown & done; cool slightly.
  • Step #10 Stir together 1 c powdered sugar, 3 Tbsp.
  • Step #11 milk, & 1/2 tsp.
  • Step #12 vanilla; drizzle evenly over rolls.
