Step #5 Add whipped whites to batter; fold carefully to mix.
Step #6 On a buttered nonstick griddle or 12-inch nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, pour batter in 1/4-c portions, spacing so pancakes don't touch.
Step #7 Cook until tops are full of bubbles, 2 to 3 mins.
Step #8 Turn over & cook this until bottoms are golden brown, 1 to 2 mins.
Step #9 Repeat to cook remaining batter.
Step #10 As pancakes are cooked, stack on plates, or arrange slightly overlapping on baking sheets & keep warm in a 150° oven.
Step #11 Serve with warm lemon sauce.
Step #12 If desired, garnish with thin lemon slices & leaves.
