Step #1 Heat first 4 ingredients in a saucepan, stirring every once in awhile, until butter melts.
Step #2 Cool to 105° to 115°.
Step #3 Combine yeast & warm water In a large-ish mixing bowl; let this stand 5 mins.
Step #4 Stir in sour cream mixture & eggs; slowly stir in the flour (dough will be soft).
Step #5 Cover up & chill at least 8 hrs.
Step #6 Divide dough into fourths.
Step #7 Turn out each portion onto a heavily floured surface, & knead 4 or 5 times.
Step #8 Roll each portion into a 12- x 8-inch rectangle, & spread each rectangle with one-fourth of Cream Cheese Filling, leaving a 1-inch border around edges.
Step #9 Carefully roll up, starting at a long side; press seam, & fold ends under to seal.
Step #10 Place, seam side down, on lightly greased baking sheets.
Step #11 Cut 6 equally spaced Xs across top of each loaf; cover & let rise in a warm place (85°), free from drafts, about 1 hr or until doubled in bulk.
Step #12 Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 mins or until browned.
Step #13 Drizzle warm loaves with Powdered Sugar Glaze.
