Sausage-cheese Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (1-lb.) package ground pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 c (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cheese soup
  • 3 c all-purpose baking mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook sausage In a large-ish skillet, stirring until it crumbles & is no longer pink.
  • Step #2 Drain & cool.
  • Step #3 Combine sausage, baking mix, & shredded cheese In a large-ish bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  • Step #4 Stir together soup & 3/4 c water; add to sausage mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Step #5 Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans, filling to top of c.
  • Step #6 Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 mins or until lightly browned.
