1/2 tsp celery salt
3 whole cloves
1/4 tsp pepper
3 whole allspice
3 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
4 lbs bone-in country-style pork ribs
2 tbsps cider vinegar
3 tbsps vegetable oil
Directions
Step #1 In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the flour, salt & pepper.
Step #2 Add ribs, a few pieces at a time, & shake to coat.
Step #3 In a large skillet, brown ribs in oil; transfer to a greased 13-in.
Step #4 x 9-in.
Step #5 x 2-in.
Step #6 baking dish.
Step #7 Sprinkle top with onion.
Step #8 Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Step #9 Cover & bake this at 350 degrees F for 1-1/4 hrs or until meat is tender.
Step #10 Remove ribs to a serving platter; keep warm.
Step #11 Strain liquid; skim fat.
Step #12 Serve sauce with ribs.
