Chicken Puffs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled & minced
  • 3 (10 oz) cans put in the fridged crescent roll dough
  • 3 tbsps sliced onion
  • 3/4 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 6 tbsps butter
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium saucepan over med-heat/flame, boneless chicken breast halves, slowly cook & stir skinless, onion & garlic.
  • Step #2 Cook until onions are tender & chicken is lightly browned.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, mix chicken mixture, cream cheese & butter until creamy.
  • Step #4 Preheat oven to 325F degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Step #5 Unroll croissants & divide in half to create 12 rectangles.
  • Step #6 Place approximately one tbsp of the chicken mixture on each rectangle.
  • Step #7 Fold into balls.
  • Step #8 Arrange balls on a large baking sheet.
  • Step #9 Bake in the preheated oven 12 mins, or until golden brown.
