Ingredients
2 c milk
2 tbsps honey
1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
4 large eggs
2 c all-purpose flour
3 tbsps butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c finely sliced pecans
Directions
Step #1 Stir together 1/2 c butter & honey; cover & chill until ready to serve.
Step #2 Whisk together eggs, & melted butter In a large-ish bowl; add flour & salt, milk, stirring until smooth.
Step #3 Stir in pecans.
Step #4 Spoon batter into 12 (6-oz) greased custard c, filling half full; place on a baking sheet.
Step #5 Bake at 400° for 40 mins or until firm.
Step #6 Immediately prick popovers with a fork to release steam.
Step #7 Serve as soon as possible with honey butter.
