Orange-cranberry Bubble Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/2 c dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsps grated orange rind
  • 2 (10-count) cans put in the fridged buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 6 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese,softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Step #3 Working with 1 biscuit at a time (cover remaining biscuits to keep from drying), pat each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  • Step #4 Spoon about 1 tsp cream cheese mixture into center of each circle; gather dough over filling to form a ball, pinching seam to seal.
  • Step #5 Place filled biscuits, seam sides up, in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #6 Drizzle butter over biscuits; sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350° for 40 mins or until lightly browned.
