Ingredients
1 (3-oz) package cream cheese
Sliced tomato
1 lb ground pork sausage
Crêpes
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
2 c (8 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c sliced fresh parsley
Directions
Step #1 Cook sausage & onion In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame, stirring until sausage crumbles & is no longer pink; drain well.
Step #2 Return sausage to skillet; add 1 c Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, & marjoram, stirring until cheeses melt.
Step #3 Spoon 3 tbsps filling down center of each Crêpe.
Step #4 Roll up, & place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Step #5 Bake, covered, at 350° for 15 mins.
Step #6 Stir together sour cream & butter; spoon over crêpes.
Step #7 Bake 5 more mins.
Step #8 Sprinkle top with remaining 1 c Cheddar cheese & parsley.
Step #9 Serve with sliced tomato.
Step #10 Note: Crêpes may be assembled & frozen.
Step #11 To reheat, let this stand for 30 mins at about room temp.
Step #12 Bake, covered, at 350º for 40 mins.
Step #13 Proceed as directed.
