Sausage-filled Crêpes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (3-oz) package cream cheese
  •  Sliced tomato
  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  •  Crêpes
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 2 c (8 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook sausage & onion In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame, stirring until sausage crumbles & is no longer pink; drain well.
  • Step #2 Return sausage to skillet; add 1 c Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, & marjoram, stirring until cheeses melt.
  • Step #3 Spoon 3 tbsps filling down center of each Crêpe.
  • Step #4 Roll up, & place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Step #5 Bake, covered, at 350° for 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Stir together sour cream & butter; spoon over crêpes.
  • Step #7 Bake 5 more mins.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with remaining 1 c Cheddar cheese & parsley.
  • Step #9 Serve with sliced tomato.
  • Step #10 Note: Crêpes may be assembled & frozen.
  • Step #11 To reheat, let this stand for 30 mins at about room temp.
  • Step #12 Bake, covered, at 350º for 40 mins.
  • Step #13 Proceed as directed.
