Wholesome Morning Granola Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c apple juice
  • 1/2 c oat bran
  • 1/4 c sliced almonds, toasted
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/2 c flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1/4 c dried blueberries
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 4 c regular oats
  • 3 tbsps turbinado sugar
  • 2 c puffed rice cereal (such as Arrowhead Mills)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Step #2 Combine first 6 ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #3 Combine the juices in a small saucepan.
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil; cook this until reduced to 2/3 c.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat; stir in the honey.
  • Step #6 Slowly pour juice mixture over oat mixture, tossing to coat.
  • Step #7 Spread oat mixture evenly onto a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #8 Bake at 325° for 40 mins or until golden, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #9 Cool slightly; stir in the blueberries.
  • Step #10 Cool completely, & store this in an airtight container.
