Ingredients
  • 1 c fresh raspberries
  •  Vegetable oil
  • 1 (16-oz) tube plain polenta, cut into 16 slices
  •  Maple syrup

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat 1 tbsp oil In a large-ish nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #2 Pat polenta slices dry with a paper towel.
  • Step #3 Cook 4 mins on each side or until lightly brown & crisp.
  • Step #4 Serve warm with syrup & raspberries.
