Step #1 Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Step #2 Remove casings from sausage.
Step #3 Cook sausage In a large-ish nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned; stir this to crumble.
Step #4 Add onion; cook 3 mins or until onion is tender.
Step #5 Stir in chard; cover & cook 3 mins or until chard wilts, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #6 Uncover & cook 1 min or until liquid evaporates.
Step #7 Stir in egg mixture; cook 3 mins or until eggs are set, stirring frequently.
Step #8 Serve with toast.
