Ingredients
  • 1 c fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c quick-cooking grits
  • 1 (14-oz.) can low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring broth & milk to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low, & whisk in 1/2 c grits.
  • Step #2 Cook, whisking every once in awhile, 15 to 20 mins or until creamy & thickened.
