Bacon-cheese Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled, & divided
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • 1/2 c (2 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (10-oz) package put in the fridged flaky biscuits
  • 2 (3-oz) packages cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until mixd.
  • Step #2 Stir in shredded Swiss cheese & sliced green onion.
  • Step #3 Separate biscuits, & pat into 5-inch circles.
  • Step #4 Press circles into greased 3 1/2-inch muffin c, leaving a 1/4-inch border at top of each c.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top evenly with half of bacon; top this with 2 tbsps cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #6 Bake at 375° for 22 mins or until set.
  • Step #7 Remove from oven, & sprinkle with remaining bacon, carefully pressing into filling.
