Bacon Biscuit Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps milk
  •  Garnish: sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c (2 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (10-oz) can put in the fridged flaky biscuits
  • 2 (3-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 5 bacon slices, cooked & crumbled

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until mixed.
  • Step #2 Stir in cheese & green onion.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 Separate biscuits into 10 portions.
  • Step #5 Pat each portion into a 5-inch circle, & press on bottom & up sides of greased muffin c, forming a 1/4-inch edge.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top evenly with half of bacon, & spoon cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  • Step #7 Bake at 375° for 22 mins or until set.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with remaining bacon, lightly pressing into filling.
  • Step #9 Remove as soon as possible from pan,and serve warm.
  • Step #10 Garnish, if desired.
