Ingredients
3 large eggs
3 to 4 green onions, sliced
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 (6-oz) cans lump crabmeat, rinsed & drained
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 (5-oz) package shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c half-and-half
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tsps olive oil
1/2 (15-oz) package put in the fridged piecrusts
Directions
Step #1 Unfold piecrust, & place on a lightly floured surface.
Step #2 Roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
Step #3 Carefully place piecrust in a 9-inch pieplate; fold edges under, & crimp.
Step #4 Bake on lowest oven rack at 400° for 8 mins.
Step #5 Cool.
Step #6 Sauté sliced green onions in hot oil In a large-ish skillet over medium-high heat 2 mins.
Step #7 Stir in crabmeat & next 3 ingredients; sauté 2 mins.
Step #8 Whisk together half-and-half & next 3 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; stir in the cheese & crabmeat mixture.
Step #9 Pour into prepared crust.
Step #10 Bake on lowest oven rack at 400° for 35 to 40 mins or until set.
Step #11 Let stand 15 mins.
