Step #2 Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step #3 Remove the casings from the sausage & crumble the meat into the skillet.
Step #4 Sauté until cooked through, 6 to 8 mins.
Step #5 Remove the sausage from the skillet & set aside.
Step #6 Add the oil to the skillet.
Step #7 Add the peppers & onion & sauté until the vegetables have started to brown & soften, about 15 mins.
Step #8 While the peppers & onion cook, parsley, whisk the eggs together with the milk, Parmesan, pepper, salt, & rosemary.
Step #9 When the peppers & onion are done, turn off the heat & pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
Step #10 Sprinkle top the sausage over the top & cook over medium-low heat for 5 mins, or until almost set.
Step #11 Wrap the handle of the skillet with aluminum foil wrap if it is not metal, & place the skillet in oven for 5 to 7 mins or until the frittata is set.
Step #12 Let stand for 2 mins before serving.
Step #13 Cut into 6 wedges & serve hot.
