Sausage And Egg Burrito Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
  • 3 oz turkey breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 c sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c egg substitute
  • 6 tbsps bottled salsa, divided
  • 1/4 c reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 c sliced onion
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/4 c (1 oz) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  • Step #2 Add red bell pepper, & sausage; cook 4 mins or until browned, onion, stirring to crumble sausage.
  • Step #3 Add egg substitute; cook 2 mins, stirring frequently.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat; stir in the reduced-fat cheddar cheese & 2 tbsps salsa.
  • Step #5 Cover up mixture & let this stand 2 mins.
  • Step #6 Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  • Step #7 Spoon half of egg mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
  • Step #8 Serve with remaining salsa & sour cream.
