Ingredients
  •  Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 c fat-free milk
  • 6 English muffins, split
  • 1 c egg substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first 3 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Place In a large-ish zip-top plastic bag; add English muffins.
  • Step #3 Seal & chill 8 hrs, turning every once in awhile.
  • Step #4 Cook English muffins, in batches, In a large-ish skillet coated with cooking spray, over medium-high heat 2 to 3 mins on each side or until muffins are golden.
