Mixed Fruit Granola Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 c uncooked regular oats
  •  Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 c sliced mixed dried fruit

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 9 ingredients; spread on 2 pans coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #2 Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 mins, stirring 3 times.
  • Step #3 Cool.
  • Step #4 Stir in dried fruit.
  • Step #5 NOTE: Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
