Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c maple syrup
  • 1/4 c sliced dried apricots
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 1/4 c sliced almonds
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/4 c dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 6 c rolled oats
  • 1/4 c sliced pecans
  • 1/4 c pineapple juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Step #2 Combine first 5 ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #3 Add syrup, honey, juice, & almond extract; toss well.
  • Step #4 Spread mixture evenly onto a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Bake at 300° for 45 mins, stirring every 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Stir in cranberries & apricots.
  • Step #7 Cool completely.
  • Step #8 Store in a zip-top plastic bag.
