Step #1 Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package directions; keep warm.
Step #2 Stir together bacon, chives, cream cheese, & 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper; spread evenly on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Step #3 Melt butter In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #4 Gently break eggs into hot skillet, & sprinkle evenly with 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper.
Step #5 Cook 2 to 3 mins on each side or until done.
Step #6 Place lettuce leaves & tomatoes on top of bread slices, & top this with fried eggs.
Step #7 Drizzle hollandaise sauce evenly over top, & sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper.
Step #8 Serve as soon as possible.
