Step #1 Heat brown sugar & next 2 ingredients in a glass microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 min.
Step #2 Stir until mixed; microwave 1 more min or until bubbly.
Step #3 Arrange frozen rolls in a lightly greased 10-c Bundt pan.
Step #4 Drizzle sugar mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with pudding mix & almonds.
Step #5 Cover up & let this stand at about room temp 3 hrs.
Step #6 Bake, uncovered, on lower oven rack at 350° for 30 mins or until golden brown.
Step #7 Remove from oven, & let this stand 10 mins.
Step #8 Invert pan onto a lightly greased plate.
Step #9 Serve warm.
