Confetti Cheese Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) bottle ranch salad dressing .
2 c finely shredded mozzarella cheese .
2 large tomatoes, seeded & sliced .
2 tbsps salsa .
1 small onion, sliced .
2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese .
1 medium green pepper, sliced (I use my food processor/blender for the pepper, cucumber, & onion) .
1 small cucumber, seeded & sliced .
corn chips or tortilla chips

Directions

Step #1 In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients.
Step #2 Combine the salad dressing & salsa & pour over cheese mixture.
Step #3 Toss carefully & serve this with chips.
Step #4 Refrigerate leftovers.
