Crunchy Oat Cereal Recipe

Ingredients

6 tbsps butter (melted) .
1 1/4 c large rolled oats .
6 tbsps maple syrup .
1 1/4 c roughly sliced pecans (you can use almonds or hazelnuts if you prefer, or a mixture)

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 325'F/160'C.
Step #2 Mix all ingredients together & spread onto a large shallow baking pan.
Step #3 Bake for 30-35 mins, or until golden & crunchy.
Step #4 Leave to cool then break up into clumps & serve.
Step #5 *This mixture will keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, stored in a cool dry place.
