Step #1 Cut chicken into strips sized of your choosing.
Step #2 Toss chicken in a medium bowl with half the paprika, 1.
Step #3 5 tsps salt & a pinch of pepper.
Step #4 Heat 1 tbsp butter In a large-ish skillet over med.
Step #5 high heat.
Step #6 Add chicken, until opaque throughout, tossing every once in awhile, cook, 4-5 mins.
Step #7 Transfer to plate.
Step #8 Heat remaining tbsp butter & in the same skillet.
Step #9 Add onion, cook this until browned & softened.
Step #10 Add remaining tbsp paprika & stir, cooking, about 30 seconds.
Step #11 Add tomatoes & 3/4 c water; cook this until saucy.
Step #12 Return chicken to skillet.
Step #13 Stir in sour cream & cook this until just heated through, without boiling.
Step #14 Spice up with salt & pepper, serve.
