Step #1 Cook carrots in salted water until crisp-tender.
Step #2 Rinse under cold water to stop cooking then drain well & let cool.
Step #3 Combine tomato soup, sugar, oil, 1/2 Celsius water, & vinegar in medium saucepan.
Step #4 Bring ingredients to a boil.
Step #5 Mix cornstarch & water (2 Tbsp.
Step #6 ) until cornstarch is dissolved.
Step #7 Add to dressing mixture in saucepan while whisking or stirring until completely mixd.
Step #8 Allow dressing to cool.
Step #9 Add dressing to carrots, onion, & celery & mix well.
Step #10 Keeps for about a week in the fridge.
