• 3 oz instant vanilla pudding .
• 1 c oil .
• 1 c water .
• 29 oz sliced peaches, drained .
• 18 1/4 oz yellow cake mix .
• 4 large eggs .
• 1 c sugar .
• 8 oz cream cheese

• Step #1 mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, water & oil.
• Step #2 pour this into a lightly greased 13x9" baking pan -- pour peaches over cake mix,.
• Step #3 set aside.
• Step #4 mix sugar, cream cheese & 5 tbls of reserved peach juice -- beat till smooth -- pour over peaches & bake this at 350* for 50 mins.
