Step #1 Cook & stir hamburger until light brown; drain.
Step #2 Prepare pizza dough.
Step #3 Mix tomatoes, 1/4 tsp salt, the pepper & garlic powder; break up tomatoes with fork.
Step #4 Press dough evenly on bottom & halfway up sides of greased oblong dish, 13x9x2 inches.
Step #5 Sprinkle top hamburger over dough; sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.
Step #6 Spoon sauce onto hamburger.
Step #7 Top with green pepper & cheese.
Step #8 Cook in 425F oven until cheese is light brown, 20 to 25 mins.
